Michael Lints has 20+ years of experience as a startup operator and investor. Michael is a partner at Golden Gate Ventures and has launched the firms first MENA focused venture fund. Chris has had a diverse career in multiple industries. He is the VP and CISO at Mysten Labs. Previously, he was a Deputy CISO at Meta and an early member of the Libra/Diem project. Before tech, Chris founded Knowledge Preserve and OnDetail, and served as a Homicide Detective and SWAT Commander, earning multiple awards. Darius Goore is Head of Communications for the Sui Foundation, where he leads the organization’s strategy around public announcements, executive appearances and key messaging initiatives. Darius began his career in communications after graduating from Harvard Business School, when he was asked to lead an active communications operation for a US Senator and brings a wide range of experience to his current role, having worked in financial services, government relations, technology and law.

Öz studied Political Sciences and Journalism. He worked as an economics journalist for international financial news outlets Dow Jones Newswires, the Wall Street Journal and Al Jazeera. Focusing particularly on the effects of technological developments on the world monetary system, Öz published the “2020 New Economy Great Crisis, Great Opportunity” book in 2013. Selma ATASOY graduated from Karadeniz Technical University, Department of Business Administration in 2002 and worked in the private sector until 2006. In 2006, she co-founded a PR agency and managed the corporate identity, marketing strategies and promotional activities of many major brands. She then held senior positions in the private sector and took a long break from her career after becoming a mother in 2013, but continued to provide consultancy to brands during this period. Selma ATASOY, who joined the LÖSEV family in 2018, currently manages LÖSEV’s corporate stakeholder relations, Corporate Social Responsibility Projects and Donation channels as the Donation Management and Corporate Relations Coordinator.

Ebru Alkan launched her career in the private sector after graduating from Balıkesir University’s Department of Economics in 2007. After serving in managerial roles within the Finance and Financial Affairs departments of international companies, she crossed paths with LÖSEV in 2016. Ebru Alkan continued her career at LÖSEV as a manager in the Human Resources department and was appointed as İzmir Provincial Coordinator in 2020. In this role, she successfully manages aid efforts for cancer patients and their families in the Aegean Region, along with volunteer and donor relations.
Thanks to the Fundraising training she received from ALSAC St. Jude Children’s Hospital in 2023-2024, she started contributing to resource development efforts and further strengthened aid projects in the Aegean Region with this new knowledge and experience.
